We provide culinary instruction services including:
- One-on-one cooking coaching
- Small group workshops
- Recipe development and testing
- Specialized skill classes
- Multi-week courses
- Meal planning consultation
Booking and Payment
Booking Process
To book services, you must:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Select your desired service
- Confirm availability
- Complete payment as required
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Pricing
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice, though existing bookings will honor the originally quoted price.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Client Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before session: Full refund or credit toward future booking
- 24-48 hours before session: 50% refund or full credit
- Less than 24 hours before session: No refund; 50% credit toward future booking
- No-show: No refund or credit
Course Cancellations
For multi-week courses:
- Cancellation before first session: Full refund
- Cancellation after first session: Refund for remaining sessions minus 20% administrative fee
- Alternative: Credit for remaining sessions applicable to other services
Provider Cancellations
If we must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
- Full refund, or
- Rescheduling to an alternative date at your convenience
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
- Follow safety instructions provided during sessions
- Respect the teaching environment and equipment
- Not distribute or reproduce proprietary recipes or materials without permission
Health and Safety
Participation in culinary instruction involves inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, and allergic reactions. You acknowledge these risks and agree to:
- Follow all safety guidelines provided
- Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation
- Use equipment properly and carefully
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, recipes, techniques, and educational materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may not:
- Reproduce materials for commercial purposes
- Distribute proprietary recipes without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Claim our content as your own
Personal use of recipes and techniques learned during sessions is permitted and encouraged.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Injuries sustained during sessions, except where caused by our negligence
- Allergic reactions, provided you disclosed relevant allergies in advance
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Results or outcomes from applying learned techniques
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Photography and Media
During sessions, we may take photographs or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to such use unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the session.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful learning environment. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, may result in immediate removal from sessions without refund.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when disclosed in advance, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination may occur.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice. Active bookings will be honored or refunded.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
