What to expect after contacting us

When you send an enquiry, you'll receive confirmation within one business day. The response will include:

• Available dates for your selected service
• Questions about your current skill level and specific goals
• Logistical details (location options, what to bring, dietary considerations)
• Payment and booking process information

For one-on-one coaching, we'll have a brief phone or email conversation before the first session to ensure the time is used effectively. For workshops and courses, you'll receive joining information including preparation instructions if applicable.

Booking policies

Sessions require booking at least 48 hours in advance. Workshops and courses have specific start dates listed when you enquire.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session receive full credit toward future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee.

For courses, cancellation before the first session receives full refund. After the first session, remaining sessions can be credited toward other services.

Location and facilities

The Islington teaching kitchen is a fully equipped professional space designed for small group instruction. It includes individual workstations, a wide range of equipment, and all ingredients needed for sessions.

Nearest tube: Angel station (Northern line), seven-minute walk. Limited street parking available; public transport recommended.

The space is accessible via one small step at the entrance. Please mention any accessibility needs when booking so appropriate arrangements can be made.
